Accessing Packages and Billing

To manage your account:

  1. Navigate to Admin: Log in to your TIN Comply account and click on the "Admin" section in the top header.
  2. Select Relevant Pages: Within the Admin section, you'll find:
    • Package: View and modify your current subscription plan.
    • Invoices: Access and download past billing invoices.
    • Payment Methods: Update your billing details and credit card information.

Managing Your Subscription Package

Ensure your subscription aligns with your organization's needs:

  • View Current Plan: Check the details of your existing subscription.
  • Upgrade or Downgrade: Modify your plan to access features that best suit your requirements.

Accessing and Reviewing Invoices
