Company and Validation Settings

Manage your company's settings and validation preferences to ensure accurate compliance processes.


Accessing Company Settings

To configure your company settings:

  1. Navigate to Admin: Log in to your TIN Comply account and click on the "Admin" section in the top header.
  2. Select Settings: Within the Admin section, click on "Settings".

Company Settings

Customize your organization's preferences:

  • Contact Information: Update your company's contact details.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Require two-factor authentication for all users to enhance security.
  • IP Address Allow List: Enable IP restrictions for user logins to control access.

Accessing Validation Settings

To configure your validation settings:

  1. Navigate to Admin: Log in to your TIN Comply account and click on the "Admin" section in the top header.
  2. Select Validation Settings: Within the Admin section, click on "Validation Settings".

Validation Settings

Tailor your validation processes:

  • Matching Percentage Threshold: Control the match logic’s percentage to be considered a valid hit.
  • Warn Me: Enable this option to receive alerts if your search subject matches a list that is not enabled/selected.
  • Validation Lists: Select the lists that will be enabled for the validation process. Disable any lists that are not necessary for your business processes.
