Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enhance your account security by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which requires an additional verification step beyond just a password.
Setting Up 2FA
Follow these steps to set up 2FA for your account:
Install a 2FA App:
Access Account Settings:
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select "Account".
Initiate 2FA Setup:
- In the "Two-Factor Authentication" section, click "Add Two-Factor Authentication".
Add Account in 2FA App:
- Open your 2FA app on your mobile device and choose to add a new account.
Scan QR Code:
- Use the 2FA app to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Name Your Device:
- Enter a brief name to identify your mobile device.
Verify Setup:
- Enter the current code displayed on your device into the provided field.
Complete Setup:
- Click "Verify" to finalize the process.
Once set up, you will be prompted to enter a 2FA code each time you log in, adding an extra layer of security to your account.
